Garden Asana Grass Roots Yoga

We’re excited to offer our Garden Asana class at 8:15am on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This class is for everyone, is breath-centric, and in-person with opportunities for personal adjustments and alignment guidance. Garden Asana wouldn’t be possible without the generous partnership of Gardener’s Outpost who hosts us amongst lush plants at their spacious Franklin St location.
